4. Listing and Transactions

a. Item Listings

  • When listing an item, you confirm that you have the right to give it away or exchange it.
  • Listings must be accurate, truthful, and non-misleading.
  • Items must comply with local laws and Deela’s content policies (certain items, such as weapons, illegal substances, or prohibited goods, may not be listed).

b. Transactions and Exchanges

  • Deela does not facilitate payments between users. Any agreements, exchanges, or payments are made at your own risk.
  • Users must coordinate directly to arrange item pickups, deliveries, or handovers.
  • Deela is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages resulting from user interactions.

Tip: Always verify the item before finalizing an exchange and meet in safe, public locations when arranging handovers.


5. Responsibility and Liability

a. User Responsibility

By using Deela, you acknowledge that:

  • You interact with other users at your own risk.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying item conditions and legitimacy.
  • Deela does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of listings or user communications.

b. Disclaimer of Liability

DEELA PROVIDES THE PLATFORM “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE:
