Our goal is to promote <strong>sustainable sharing<\/strong> while ensuring a safe and fair experience for all users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By using Deela, you acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are <strong>at least 18 years old<\/strong> or have obtained parental consent if required by law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will comply with <strong>all applicable laws and regulations<\/strong> when using our Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You <strong>assume responsibility<\/strong> for any interactions or transactions conducted through the platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Listing and Transactions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>a. Item Listings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When listing an item, you confirm that you <strong>have the right to give it away or exchange it<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listings must be <strong>accurate, truthful, and non-misleading<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must comply with <strong>local laws<\/strong> and <strong>Deela&#8217;s content policies<\/strong> (certain items, such as weapons, illegal substances, or prohibited goods, may not be listed).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>b. Transactions and Exchanges<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deela <strong>does not facilitate payments<\/strong> between users. Any agreements, exchanges, or payments <strong>are made at your own risk<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users <strong>must coordinate directly<\/strong> to arrange item pickups, deliveries, or handovers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deela <strong>is not liable<\/strong> for any disputes, losses, or damages resulting from user interactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Always verify the item <strong>before finalizing an exchange<\/strong> and meet in <strong>safe, public locations<\/strong> when arranging handovers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Disclaimer of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>DEELA <strong>PROVIDES THE PLATFORM &#8220;AS IS&#8221; AND &#8220;AS AVAILABLE&#8221; WITHOUT WARRANTIES<\/strong> OF ANY KIND. WE:<br>&#8211; Do <strong>not<\/strong> guarantee uninterrupted service.<br>&#8211; Are <strong>not responsible<\/strong> for user disputes or damages resulting from transactions.<br>&#8211; Do <strong>not<\/strong> assume liability for third-party services (e.g., external payment processors).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the <strong>maximum extent permitted by law<\/strong>, Deela is <strong>not liable<\/strong> for:<br>&#8211; Losses, damages, or injuries caused by other users.<br>&#8211; Fraudulent activities, scams, or misrepresentation.<br>&#8211; Unavailability, downtime, or technical issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your use of Deela is <strong>at your own risk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
